About Samba
Samba is an energetic Brazilian music genre with African roots, much like coffee itself. Our Regional Samba from Minas Gerais reflects this vibrancy, celebrating the rich chocolate and nut flavours the region is known for.
Sourced from select farms in Carmo de Minas—Santa Lucia, Santa Ines, Fazenda Furnas, and Fazenda Sertão—this lot uses smaller screen-size coffees to enhance body, texture, and affordability without compromising yellow bourbon quality.
Typically yellow bourbon, Regional Samba is harvested from June to August and delivers a sweet, full-bodied cup with notes of chocolate, hazelnut, raisin, citrus, and subtle earthiness. Ideal for milk-based coffees or blends, it is bold yet balanced—just like Samba music.
